I have no idea why there is so little information about them, but based on my personal experience, they are the most reliable partners in several markets. I prefer to conduct business legally, and that's exactly what they do, sometimes to amazing extremes. One downside is that there is something quite questionable in their affiliate program - you receive even less than the amount that would indicate shaving. The deals seem good, but the last time I checked, there were some outrageous wagering requirements for CPA, making it difficult to track if you're receiving the expected income in full; they charge a commission for each transaction.

Despite being one of the major players in their field (or at least appearing to be), their affiliate program has a fairly long history and has proven itself not just questionable. I am 99% sure they shaved me for many years when I worked with them. In general, one needs to be very cautious with Israeli affiliate programs.
